Read the article on WHMCS which explains account creation via WHMCS confirm that everything is working properly with ZamFoo, WHM and WHMCS account creation first before introducing the ZamFoo WHMCS Action Hook Module into the mix.
After you obtain the WHMCS module from the zamfoo website at http://zamfoo.com/downloads/zamfoo_whmcs_module.zip unpack the module to your local workspace. Open the zamfoo_whmcs_data.php file and enter your root login data and the desired settings.
Then upload both module files to your server/hosting account in the following folder: /path_to_whmcs/includes/hooks.
Make sure to test that everything is working correctly.
